Hi,
I don't think anything will "grow" gums back.  When your gums recede it's because there is underlying bone loss.  The bone has to be there for the gums to be there.
A through cleaning of all the tarter that has built up under the gum line is the only way to stop the progression of the gumline recession.
Nothing you put on your gums will help.  If they are receding, go to the dentist and have it checked out and your teeth cleaned.
It's the ONLY way.

I saw the article on gengigel, and decided to give it a try. Been using it for THREE DAYS, and I can see a definite difference. My gum issues were not advanced, I only noticed a problem when I became generally more aware of dental hygiene. Slight recession of my gums was making gaps between my front teeth (not something you want at 27) so, I started applying this gel, and behold, the gums are growing back and the gaps are hugely reduced.

In consclusion, I think whether or not this gel works for you depends on how healthy your body is in general and how far along your gum recession is. Use it 3/4 times a day quite liberally. I'm very glad it has a mild almost unnoticeable taste! Don't be afraid to try something even if only one person out of 50 says it works for them. I am glad I took the chance, and 7 quid isnt an awful lot to spend when it comes to your smile...much cheaper than cosmetic dentistry!

I know it is said that nothing can make gums grow back- but the active ingredient in gengigel IS what makes gums grow. Try it :-)

(first time Ive ever joined a forum just to make a comment. I tried gengigel because of a forum comment and I'm now much happier with my smile, so I had to come say something)

I am also considering buying this product as some of my gum on my front bottom tooth has receeded, and I came across this gengigel stuff on the net, and peoples comments on it.

Your last message was in April, please can you update me if you have seen good results from this product, and have you found that this product actually helps regrow your lost gums back?

I would love to hear from you.

Many thanks
Chrisma

Again, there is NO way to regenerate lost gums.  You have to have bone below them for them to adhere to.  Once the gum recedes it's because there has been bone loss below it.  This is typical as we age.  There is no way to regenerate lost bone without bone replacement surgery.  Anything else is wishful thinking.

Please don't be "conned" out of loosing your money.  Go to the dentist and have the plaque removed from your teeth.  It is the ONLY way to stop the progression of gum recession.  You waste time doing anything else and time is important if the gums are already receding.

Best to you,
Gellia
