tongue lumps

My daughter has a huge white lump on the tip of her tonge and it hurts more her than ever. She says it feels like a pimple and that there is a another one growing on the side.also she is currently hetting fevers daily for 3-4 days now and it varies from 100- 105 F.she's waiting for her two lower molars to grow in but what worries me is that she is only 11. what is wrong?
