tooth apex inside sinus

I recently done a sinus computer tomography, and i found out that(i will try to explain it as best as i can)the apex of 4 teeth are inside the sinus,or they touch the sinus. It says that molars 1.7-1.8 and 2.7-2.8 have intrasinusoidal apex.
I would like to know what this means and if can be repaired.I also have headaches and i want to know if this has something to do with it.The head aches are very frequently.

Your descriptions appear to describe that the floor of maxillary sinus is in proximity to roots of molars, which is not rare. As long as you are aymptomatic and no sinus pathology present,no treatment is indicated. However, if upper molars need to be extracted in the future, focal fracture of sinus floor may happen and results in oroantral communication. If oroantral communication does occur after extraction, bone graft or collagen plug placement in the socket, oroantral communication tends to heal without consequence.
