tooth decay

hello im 18 years old and i have tooth decay and cavity,i have only pain near jaw teeth and head, as i see no swelling or fever i went to dentist she said that it does not look like Tooth abscess  and told me to come in a week,can i ask during Tooth abscess your face always gets swollen yes? and have fever I'm just anxious that i might have it and really don't want to get severe infection and die

yes I'm going to my doc in 2 days,the problem is that I'm afraid of local anaesthesia in europe mostly its done by local anesthethia so

Do you experience any sensitivity to hot or cold temperature? I had experienced it when I had tooth decay. I too had suffered from fever and had consulted my family dentist Dr. Todd in Appleton Dental, Whitby. He removed the decayed portion of my tooth with a drill and filled with tooth colored fillings. If you have all these symptoms, it’s better to consult with another dentist. Update your status after consulting.
