tooth extraction site look like after tooth extraction

I had my tooth extracted it is the lower big molar of the left side  on friday (04 dec).today i see a yellow color formation on my extracted site and also on gums of next tooth of extracted .Is it common thing or should i see my dentist again.I dont feel any pain.But a litttle worried when i see it

No, you are probably fine.  Its just the area healing normally.  If the symptoms worsen, go back to your dentist.
