tooth pain

i went to get 2 teeth pulled 4 days ago right, i thought that would stop the pain worng seem like it made it worse so i went back and they did a deep cleaning on bottom left side, took another xray said my teeth down there are ok. but to the 2 teeth pulled i also have to have another one pulled on the top by the way the 2 teeth pulled were on top. so i go back monday to get the other tooth pulled. my question is am i supposed to feel this sharp pain and omg my ear is killing me, do u think after pulling this last tooth it will go away? during the day i'm ok alil but at night thats whole another story i cant lay down go to sleep because of the pain. please can someone tell me what am i to do

Sorry, there's no way for me to determine if the tooth being pulled would help or not.  I can only guess that if there are that many bad teeth that need to be pulled, that the pain could have been coming from all of them.  Sometimes the pain can radiate from the area to the ear.  Its called referred pain.  Removing the last bad tooth may solve the problem as usually post-operative extraction pain doesn't result in referred pain.
