tooth pulled

I got a tooth pulled 4days ago and i am still having pain in it I am taking pain killers and lying on hot water bottle should it still be sore?

Hi,
It's possible you have developed a dry socket.  

A dry socket forms when the clot over the extraction site has been disrupted.   Give your dentist a call.  They can usually help with a simple packing that will help relieve the pain.
