ulcer

Hi I've had an ulcer for around 8weeks now I've been to dentists around 6 different occasions I've been given antibiotcs mouth washes but its still there!dentist said its deffo not cancer but a traumatic ulcer but I'm starting to doubt this as its not shifting!any1 have any advise I'm going outa my mind here

If the dentist is adamant about your condition, you may want to seek a second opinion from another dentist or go to your primary physician.

Thanks but the dentist is adamant its just traumatic I brushed gums far to hard few weeks back but still I think it should be gone by now

Well it depends on whats causing the trauma.  If there's a sharp tooth or something else, it can cause chronic ulcerations in the area.  If not, the best thing to do is to get a biopsy to see it under a microscope.
