under tongue pain

for the past 4 days i have had a pain under my tongue mostly where it connects it does not look red or anything and im not on any new meds or toothpaste. the tip of my tongue feels raw like i burnt it or something it worries me because i don't know whats going on. Any suggestions?

It is difficult to give you an opinion without seeing it, I don't think it is serious but if it continues I would suggest you see an oral surgeon to get a definitive diagnosis.
