unexplained tooth sensitivity

i have no cavities to my knowledge and overall good dental health and hygiene.  recently, i've experienced a strange tingling/vibration/slight pain throughout my teeth when i talk.  loud, sudden sounds hurt my teeth as well.  i feel like it could be sinus related, since it's not specific to any one particular tooth, and there's recently been a drop in barometric pressure where i live.  i don't have a dentist currently, nor do i have health insurance.  any ideas of what this might be, or suggestions on how to best deal would be greatly appreciated.
