vains on soft palate

Hi there, since a week or two Ive been noticing thin red vains covering the whole of my soft palate and throat, Ive Never seen this before. My soft palate in normally a light pinkish colour. Now its allmost all red with dark red and purple vains on it. Ive also noticed Also ive seen the vains appear on the inside of my bottom lip and bottom of my tongue

I dont experience any pain or discomfort from it but im very worried because i cant find a reason for it.

Ive been having a minor cold. But i dont think it has to do with it cause its the smallest cold ever.

I did notice the the side of my tounge has dark purple vains on it too, right at the back.
