IN january I had 1 of my back teethBroken or knocked out tooth Dental care - adult Dental x-rays Development of baby teeth Development of permanent teeth Plaque and tartar on teeth Teething Teething symptoms Toothaches removed after being in lots of pain. Then the pain continued. Iwent back to dentist who seemed to think i had nuralgia. I had a gum shield made which made no difference.She then directed me to see my doctor who prescibed tablets and yet again they didnt help. Then in february I had the tooth removed at the side of the previous one. Its now march and the pain im in is terrible its all down the side of my tongueTongue tie it feels like very sharp pins and needles. Iam finding it very difficult to eat and even talk on most days. Ive been to see a specialist who said my blood count could be low. The doctor gave me iron tablet and so the pain goes on. I must admit I dont know where to turn to next.
Chlamydia based lymphgranuloma venereum may present with deeply grooved, inflamed tongueTongue tie that is sensitive to spicy foods and acidic foods too.

I assume the mucous membrane is intact and there is no identified pathology on the surface. Neuralgia and burning tongue syndrome are included in the differential diagnosis. These conditions result from malfunctions of central nervous system.Gabapentin(neurontin) may help. You need to see a neurologist and oral pathologist.Good luck
