week after extraction

Ok before I had my wisdom tooth"right side" and molar "left side" extracted I had these intense pressing migraines I think. Well a week ago I got them extracted the dentest said I got an infection and gave me metazol I completed it bt in that time until now I stil get these migraines all over my head in my eyes, neck and ears mostly the right side I think I feel some hard lumps behind my head top neck part not sure if it just muscles but my head been paining two weeks straight sometimes its bad sometimes its light but it never goes away should I be worried south african doctors not A-class so I'm kinda worried but tryna keep a cool mind.....should I extract all my teeth? Will the infection go away if I do so?
