widom tooth cavity

i am 23 and still have all my wisdom teeth which have grown in perfectly strait with no crowding. i had wanted to keep them since they caused me no pain at all and i was proud they were so strait! however, i had a pain in my left upper jaw and went in a month ago, turns out i have a cavity that has started to hit the nerve and must be removed. however, im not back on insurance til january first, 10 more weeks from now. besides flouride, is there anything i can do to keep it from getting much worse and painful til i can get it removed? can i even wait 10 weeks health wise? Also, can i just pull the one? or am i better off with my bite to pull them all? the dentist recommended i pull the top two at least due to difficulty brushing them back there and likleyhood of a cavity on the otherside as well. would it be silly to leave the bottom two? so can i wait 10 weeks to pull the one, both on top, or all? How big is the risk for infection?
