wisdom tooth extraction
there are deep caries in my left third molar.bone flesh is accessible from the centre of teeth.there is pain when food is struck between it otherwise there is no pain. half of the tooth has decayed to lowest level .dentist adviced me to extract it.should i go for it or can wait for some time.

Ya, the sooner the better. Sometimes infections can becomes pretty severe. I've had patients where the infection spreads up the cheek and pinch the jaw muscles, making it very hard and painful to open up to get the infected tooth out. With anything health related, its always best to tackle problems as soon as possible.

At that point, its a good idea to remove the tooth. It'll only worsen and cause more problems in the end the longer you wait.
