worreid about TINY HARD BUMPS INSIDE MOUTH

I have two tiny bumps on the left side of my mouth, they are about a fingers width above my back molars (on the arch area) they are hard to see. when i open my mouth wide, it kind of looks white, but when i look at it dead on it's the same color as my skin, i think it's under the skin because the veins in my mouth go right over it. that's one bump, the other one is wierd, it like a tiny hanging skin, and it has a red center... like there is a red vein in the middle of it. there are only two in the same spot. also, when i feel them, i rub in one direction and i feel like i could feel the edge more than when i rub in the other direction. i just noticed them one day because i put my finger in my mouth and felt back there, otherwise, they couldve been there forever, but since ive noticed them, it's been about 2 weeks, they dont hurt and havent changed in size. do you think you might know what they are? would my orthodotist be a suitable person to ask about them?

It sounds like variations of normal anatomy.  To be sure, have a dentist or an oral surgeon take a look.
