worried about these bumps on my tongue

i have these bumps on the sides of the front of my tongue that are the same color of the rest of my tongue. it isnt thrush because i dont have any thick white coating. they bumps looked kinda swelled and i have one on the back of my tongue as well. i dont know what they are and if they are std related, is there something i could buy to clear them up?

The "bumps" could be a number of things.  You should have an examination by a dentist or oral surgeon to determine if STD related or otherwise.  At this point I wouldn't recommend buying anything to put on them until you get a diagnosis.

Could just be swollen taste buds. I have had those before.

The swelling just went away after awhile...I'm not sure on the anxiety thing..I have high anxiety also but I try not to blame everything on anxiety. I think it just happens sometimes is all.
