yellow and white coated tongue

One day I noticed that i was having a hard time swallowing and I noticed my tongue was a yellowish coat. Around the back of my tongue im having small white bumps towards the back of my mouth. Im not sure whats causing the problem and would love to know how can i solve the issue. thanks

It sounds like it could be an infection of some kind.  Whatever, you definitely need to see your dentist or a doctor.  You could need antibiotics.  It could also be a yeast infection of the tongue.  Whatever, you do need to see a dentist or a doctor, the sooner the better.  Good luck.
