Adderall side effects

Hi. I currently take 15 mg of Adderall (adderrall) XR, 2 5mg tablets of Adderall (adderrall) immediate release and 10 mg of Lexapro a day. This combination is to treat ADD and depression.

Recently, the stress of the adderall (adderrall) has gotten pretty bad, and I have tried alcohol, stress formula with iron and st. john's wort for the stress (not all on the same day. However,alcohol and St. John's Wort are very bad to mix with SSRIs and have increased my anxiety and depression and the stress formula makes me very tired. Assuming I stay on the adderall (adderrall), would it be a better idea to increase my dosage of Lexapro or add something like Xanax for situational stress?

One other thing-the adderall (adderrall) gives me tremors and other involuntary movements, including the inability to smile and other unfavorable side effects. If I took a beta blocker like Inderal, would this stop the adderall (adderrall) from working effectively? Thank you very much!

I think I answered this question, but if not, I would recommend you talk to your doctor about cutting down the adderall (adderrall) rather than trying to counteract the side effects with more medications.
