hello, im 14 and im so scared im going mad, my mother has bipolar, and has been in a mental hospital a few times, im scared incase i have a breakdown! i dont know what it is but every night, i just worry about going mad, a few weeks ago i was having strange thaughts, i looked it up and it said i probably have anxiety disorder, which i believe i have because i had alot of the symtoms (symptoms). my head seems to be filled with thaughts, and i share them with my friends and family, and i tell them whats going on, but i cant seem to think that they understand.. my head just feels like its going to pop, i get headaches aswel, but im just worried incase i have a breakdown because of it?
i just want some answers, and i want to be normal !! :(
The other night, i woke up in the middle of the night, and i think i was having a bad dream, but i think i heard ticvlking in my head, and i was up for an hour worrying that  iwas going mad :(
its horrible, i just want it to all go :'( :'( !

symptoms you describing may have a lot to do with what is happening with your mother and her illness.  It would be very useful if you could had a consultation with one of her doctors to discuss how you are feeling and how it might be related to your mother's illness.  You should talk to your parents about this.

Hello. You should have an evaluation by your doctor, who can in turn refer you to a specialist if needed. Just being a teenager can seem crazy at times itself, as you are going through a transition to being an adult. You could also talk to a counselor at your school for help and advice. Take care, GM
