Celexa side effects

I have been taking 10 mg of Celexa for 3 days now, prescribed for a persistent panic disorder, GAD, and associated depression.  The side effects have me very, very concerned, and I need some advice on if they are normal and/or harmful.  Since starting, I have developed a cough with increased sputum, and a runny nose.  I also have developed an ache in my chest, that often feels burning, like I'd put "Tiger Balm" on it or something.  I have also noticed a lot more random muscle pain (sometimes feel like having been stabbed), and my anxiety has increased ten-fold.  Where I was having 1-4 panic attacks a week, I am now having 2-4 a day, just being worried about these symptoms.  Lastly, I have also experienced a bit of spaciness, but I don't worry about that as its hard to tell if thats my anxiety or the drug.  Please help!!!

Those side effects themselves are enought to make you stop and ask your doctor for another medication.

Celexa made me feel out of control, I never had a thought about suicide until I began taking Celexa. Now I have one overdose and three attempts to cut my wrists behind me. I have stopped taking Celexa now and feel better. And to think it was all for helping me cope with a abortion I had a few years ago. Well I am sorry but I think I will just let my lord and savior  take care of me from now on. The things the Dr. dont tell you can be found @ www.pssg.org/teicher.htm
