Celexa

I have been on Celexa for about 5 years and went off it a month ago. Started not to feel right and resumed the dosage I had been on at 60mg. I became a nervous wreck (sweats, panic etc) and then  realized I probably should have started back at a lower dose. Would starting at 60mg after not using it for a month cause me to have these very nervous feelings and should I be starting over again like I did 5 yrs ago in small doses and then inching up? Thanks for any help you can provide

I think you answered your own question.  Everybody responds a bit differently but since the 60 mg was upsetting you should start at a lower dose but it does not mean you have to go all the way back to the beginning.  You just have to experiment and find the right starting dose that gives you some comfort in general is not recommended that you start and stop these medications unless you're under the supervision of your own doctor.
