Dissociative Identity Disorder - mental illness of alters

Can different alters in an individual with a dissociative identity disorder each have their own distinct mental illnesses?  In other words, in someone with multiple personality disorder, can one personality be manic-depressive, and another one obsesseive-compulsive, and another schizophrenic?
