Headache, Dizziness, Fatigue

I've been having symptoms of headache, sinus pain (sensitive to touch), dizziness, fatigue, and thrown off balance for a week and a half.  I have been previously diagnosed with anxiety and panic disorder (panic attacks).  Are these symptoms of panic (these aren't my usual panic attack symptoms) or do I simply have a sinus infection?  I went to my ENT and he put me on antibiotics after looking in my sinuses.  Is there any chance that I have menigitis (meningitis)?

If these are new symptoms, like they sound, and your doctor saw something to treat, it is much more likely that it is a sinus infection than it is an anxiety reaction, although anxiety can make anything worse, and make you think the worse, like having meningitis. Without an exam I could not say you don't have meningitis, but what you described does  not sound like meningitis.
