Help please. I'm only 14 with excess hair ITS RUINING MY LIFE !!!!

I am only 14 years old and I have excess hair EVERYWHERE! On my stomache,upper lip,back,legs,arm,butt,and even a little facial hair. I really wanna be active for high school and play sports,go to parties,and date but I'm just so uncomfortable with myself. I can't have a regular high school life because of this and I can't talk to my parents because they never listen to me. I am a girl with plans for the future and I'm so scared that the future isn't gonna work out for me. Please I'm begging you somebody help me out.
It is hurting me mentally,phisvally,and emotionally.
