I feel like I'm in outer space

I've started taking Cytomel along with the Zoloft and Zanax I was already on. Lately I feel so disoriented,lightheaded,and dizzy--like I'm somewhere in another world. What's causing this and what can I do?

It is unclear what symptoms and diagnosis you are being treated for, with a combination of Zoloft, Xanax, and Cytomel (Liothyronine). Any of these three medications may be associated with the disorientation, lightheadedness, dizziness, and derealization that you describe.
