I need to be told I am going to be back to normal....

I am a 23 year old female that has been on xanax everyday for the past 4 years. I put myself in a detox hospital, where I had a withdraw siezure, and I just got out Friday....while I was in there they put me on Serax to ease my symptoms,however they did not send me home with serax and these past two days have been hell. I need to be told I am going to be okay. My symptoms include Anxiety,Shaking,Sweaty palms,a numbness in my face,stomach aches,and much more....all of these symptoms will go away right??? I am very nervous I am going to feel this way forever....please help me.

yes, you will definetly be okay once you are   completely over the withdrawals..you might contact your doctor about continuing with the ser ax to make it easier on you...xanax is a tough drug to get off of but it sounds like you did the right thing in the detox hospital..but also, consider some outpatient counseling or help.
