Insomnia

Recently I posted a questions regarding whether my aniexty was heredity.  Since then I've found out that my Aunt and Grandma both had vitamin B defiencies.  After reading the symptoms I believe I too suffer the vitamin B defiency.  After going to the doctor in July and found my choestrol was high I had changed my diet and seemed to have the insomnia and aniexty.  I stopped eating breads and potatoes, and actually had a hard time eating anything.  After keeping track of my foods on found on the days I did eat some of these foods (bananas, wheat bread) I felt some better and was able to sleep.  In my reading I saw a warning that taking more than 100 mg. of vitamin B-6 on a prolonged basis could result in problems.  I recently bought 200mg. of vitamin B-6. 1.) What steps should I take to help me get over the aniexty (nervousness) and insomnia.  I have been taking tylenol pm and certainly don't want to make a "habit" of taking it regularly.  My last questions you said that the tone and sensitivity was what was heredity.

anxiety and sensitivity is hereditary, but the anxiety varies day to day depending on what is going on in your life. You have to handle the anxieties of living directly through conscious decision making and sorting out. Vitamins may help but stick to 100mg doses.
