Is This OCD??

I have written to you before about my issues complaining about Memory problems days of the week, and not focusing and my mind not racing. Well, i did something that was terrible which i had no control over. To Briefly say completely out of the blue i started text messaging this xgf of mine from various cell phone stores and saying it was her x bf and saying sexual things and it got really bad i would do it muliple times and it got bad and i stopped out of the blue in September well i really must of scared the girl cause i got stalking charge and terroistic threats and warrent out of my arrest. I am ashamed,embarassed,and really have no memory of what i said or why i did it. I talk to a new psyc. and i told him i dont know why i did or what made me do it. I dont know what i said and where it came from.. it was just like a brief pyscosis??
