Low energy when taking paxil

Low energy when taking paxil

Hi, I've been taking Paxil for over one year and for me, it's a wonder drug. I feel "well" and like my old self again. However, the biggest and most frustrating side-effect is "low energy" and I feel lazy. Does anyone know of a way to boost your energy levels? (I know about exercise) are there any supplements that help?

Thanks,
Jeff

You should ask your doctor about lowering the dose. There should be a dose that works without innervating you.

mild exercise is the best way to get your energy level up.Just try brisk walking for 30 mins.you might want to take the b vitamins as well.
Let me know how it works for you.
