Meaning of words

Could you please explain what "barrow trauma" means, and oxygen toxicity? My husband attempted suicide by carbon monoxide poisoning, his initial carboxy hemoglobin level was 62.2 with a pH of 7.03 , pC02 44.  Approx. 2 hours later, his pHhad improved to 7.21 with a Pc02 of 48 and p02 in the 400,s. There was no evidence of "barrow trauma " or "oxygen toxicity"  He received one dive in a hyperbaric chamber at 2.5 atmospheres for 90 minutes. this was divided by two 5 minute air breaks. Deep tendon reflexes are reduced. Lung fields are clear, heart sounds are normal abdomen is quiet and soft with no apparent tenderness. He occassionally opened his eyes spontaneuosly and makes a few spontaneous movements of the hands and head. What do you feel is the prognosis for a full recovery? He is intubated. Thankyou, M.R. D.
