Memory Issues

I have been experiencing a  complete empty mind. I cannot think head or back. When i am talking to someone it is like my mind is not racing and not forming any thoughts when i am speaking. I have severe long/short term memory problems. i am confused with days of the week and months and years. All tests and scans are neg... including EEG. Been to numerous mental health doctors. they dont know. Is it Anxiety,early Alzheimer's, depression or disaccotative disorder? 32 year old male. All of a sudden had screaming attack where my brain went crazy. then more importantly my brain felt as if it was scrambled one day. It felt all scrambled and i was getting mixed up alot.  No history of conussions or anything. I also had a complete numb face around my eyes and had troulble talking. scans showed nothing.

There are only two major possibilities.  It is a brain tissue problem or it is a psychological problem. As long as all of your physical tests are normal, you have to start with the probabliltiy it is psychological, and what you describe could easily fall in the category of a severe anxiety reaction combined with a preoccupation aspect that is quite vivid. You should ask your doctors to think about treating this with medication as extreme anxiety, and use that treatment outcome as part of the attempt to make a diagnosis.
