My Doctor wants to switch me from Vike 10's to either a patch or a one a day Mor

I want to know if what you people think about the swith. I have chronic back pain. I recently had an MRI which showed degeneration in five lower disc's an two bulginging disc's. I'm currently seeing a Chiropractor hoe makes adjustments to both my Neck and back. My neck I've found out has pinched nerves causing numbness in my hands. I also have a lot of pain in my shoulders, one of whisch I've already had rotator cuff surgery. The Chiropractor really doesn't seem to be doing a thing for the pain or the numbness.My question is do you think I should go along with my Doctors plan to change my medication? Or do you think I should hold off and try something else first?

I don't think you are asking the right person.  This is not a psyhchiatric question, but a back management problem. The only psychiatric part is the nature of the back pain, which can be made much worse by , and how you manage stress.
