Psychogenic nonepileptic seizures

My mom has BPD and is on 300mg Wellbutrin, 200mg Lamictal, 2mg Klopin, just last week she started having "stroke like" seizures. She had slurred speech, rapid blinking of her eye lids, weakness, tingling/numbness in both of her hands and feet, she would ramble on about things and repeat herself over and over. They we took her to the ER and she was hospitalized, the did an MRI of the brain came back negative, she also had an EEG which was negative although it had Beta waves, which the docs said can be associated  with her Klonopin, also the amonia (ammonia) in her blood was a little bit elevated. When we were in the hospital we found out the her Pyc. doc increased her Wellbutrin from from 300mg to 450mg and increased her Lamictal from 200mg to 300mg, all within 2-3 days of the onset of these strange syptoms (symptoms). SO...........my question is.......Is it possible that the change in these meds caused these nonepileptic seizures?

It certainly sounds like a drug reaction. Did she respond positively when the medication was reduced, and if that did not happen, then maybe you should suggest a trial of reducing the medication.
