Results of a CT head scan

i recently had a CT head scan. the report read the following  relatively normal for the patents age. slight promenence of basilar cisternal spaces.  in particular thre is a duffuse cortical sulcal promenance particularlly bifrontal.  Focal lucency noted in the left caudate head.  probable prominent perivascular spaces in the medial temporal lobes bilaterally.  No abnormal contrast enhancement noted.

sounds like a normal reading to me, but you have to ask your doctor and the radiologist if that is the way they interpret this..
