Trazodone, Desyrel

Thanks for taking my question...
   I was just prescribed Trazodone aka Desyrel for anxiety and help with insomnia, the sleeping problem I have started last week when I was switched from Wellbutrin to Celexa. My question is... When I looked up this medication on the internet it says that there is a possibility for something called Priapism that some men get from taking this medication, how common is this, im a little bit afraid of this possibility, it sounds very painfull and embarrasing. Also , do you know of any programs that I can download or purchase that checks for drug interactions? because I am on many medications and don't want to take any risks..

Priapism is painful, and when it occurs it is an emergency, but this only happens in one out of 10,000 men with dosage of over 50mgm, usually higher.  There are warning signs usually like painful erections that would lead you to stop using the drug immediately before priapism( prolonged painful erection of 3 hours or more.)

I can't tell you where to look for drug interactions, but if you browse around this site you will probably find one.
