Uncontrollable Erection

I've noticed that for the last 5 years, that i sometimes find to have an erection when i'm restless and bored. There are no stimulating variables concerned and it is getting very frustrating and embarassing! Also sometimes when i wake up, i'll have an erection and as far as i'm concerned, i've got no control over it. Can you help?

Regarding the morning erections, they are common for almost all men..NOthing for you to do about that except be part of nature.Its usually assosiated with a full bladder.

Being restless and bored is really a very active state of mind..it says that some passion is trying to break through and is being suppressed.  In your case, the passion is obviously sexual...you can suppress your thoughts but can't stop your body.  You will have to deal with these suppressed urges, and seeing a counselor and talking it through may be helpful.
