It is almost certain that the antidepressants are not the cause after this long period. The most likely cause would be a generalized anxiety issue, so I suggest you have a consultation with a psychiatrist to sort this out.

The research that I'm doing for my son, I have come across some information about Seratonin Syndrome. If you are taking these SSRI's with any form of medications with tryptons/tryptophans like your Maxalt, this may cause some  serious reactions.  I hope this information helps.

My dear, have you had your hormones checked?  I am 41 and have been dealing with sleep issues some of it anxiety, but also due to being perimenopause.  However, even if you have your hormones checked and they come back normal, still track your sleep cycle with your period and see if you notice a pattern.  The only thing that's  helping me with sleep now it 1mg of Ativan.  However, I am looking into L-Theanine to help with the anxiety.  It seems like it might work, but I have to wait until the weekend to try it full bore when I don't have to work the next day.  Good luck to you!
