Wellbutrin XL side effects

I've been on Wellbutrin Xl 150 mg for eight days and I feel very agitated.  I also have been suffering from panic attacks where my chest feels like theirs a weight on it.  I think I should discontinue, but in the other hand I need to quit smoking, being I have raunauds disease.  My Dr. gave me samples of Effexor but from all the feedback I read on line the side effects sound terible.

Both of these medications can have a stimulant effect that makes you agitated and triggers anxiety attacks.  There are other ways to stop smoking than medication, and you should try them, and avoid these medications.
