Will this ever end????

Will this ever end????

I have been suffering from depression for almost 6 months now.  I have switched from Paxil to Wellbutrin SR three weeks ago (almost).  However, I weaned myself down from 40mg a day to 5mg a day a week at a time.  I completley stopped Paxil and I had a panic attack and extreamly depressed for 3 days. I then after thinking of what may have caused it, started taking 5mg a day again with the Wellbutrin SR.  Is this OK or normal?  I had a very easy time as I was weaning off the Paxil, it wasn't bad at all.  Probably due to the fact that I went very very slow... slower then the doctor wanted me too.  But is it normal or common to need to have that little 5mg dossage in your system or it can do much damage??? Also, I have been constantly focused on a particular decision in my life which is most of the depression (it been for almost 6 months of thinking).  I constantly think about the decision and have a hard time enjoying myself because of this.  Some days I feel like have made a final decision and other days I am back to the thinking and indecisiveness.  I constantlysecond guess myself and think that I am just acting and that my feelings aren't real.  Could this constant dwelling and thinking be a form of OCD???  Thank You.

Indecision means you are stuck and your life is not moving in one direction or another. If this is an important life course decision, you should be seeing a therapist to help you sort it out. You could start the masteringstress program and ask for areview by me and I may be able to get you started.

If it is a small decision, then it may be ocd.
