Xanax -> klonopin Wellbutrin

Hey Doc,

I posted a few days ago, if you could refer to that and this as a follow up.  I saw my doc today, and he prescribed me 1mg tablets of Klonopin, and 150mg of Wellbutrin XL.  His only concern about the Wellbutrin was that it isn't effective with anxiety disorder (which I originally was being treated for) as it is depression, but I have had more symptoms of depression than anxiousness.  The Klonopin works much better than the Xanax.  I feel more myself, and less disconnected and impaired.  I wish I would have had this to begin with.

Here are my questions.  

Is it safe to stop the Xanax completely as long as I switch to the Klonopin?

Should I discontinue the Zoloft or lower the dose to balance it out with the Wellbutrin?

What is the typical dosage level of Klonopin per day as opposed to Xanax.  In other words, would 1mg of Klonopin be equivelant to taking 0.5mg Xanax tablets?

Are all these drugs I'm on easy weans?  Or am I going to have a change of mentality?  Just a little bit concerned.

Yes, you can stop xanax, in fact, that is the reason to be on klonopin, but I would still do it over a two week period, going down to lowest dose every three days before stop...just to make sure.  Don't worry re typical dose of klonopinl...take the least amount you need to control your anxiety and work on your life.  Klonopin and WEllbutrin are both very easy to wean discontinue .
