accidental celexa withdrawal

i'm a grad student at a university and have limited health care over the summer, so i'd appreciate your advice. For the last 3-4 days I've mistakenly taken an old allergy medication (allegra) instead of citalopram (40 mg) due to mix up during a recent move. I just realized it last night. I'm experiencing withdrawal symptoms (headache, upset stomach, fuzzy thinking etc). I wanted to go off the medication soon anyway. So do I stay off it? Or do I go back back on it once I have it back tomorrow? Shoud I ask a pharmacist for a 40 mg tablet for today? Since i already started the withdrawal process, should i begin to drop my dosage?

thanks!!!

A good strategy would be to take just enough to get rid of your withdrawal symptoms, stablize for a few days, then start lowering dose so you go off at end of three weeks, the last week taking the lowest dose possible every third day, then stop.
