bipolar depression

my aunt has bipolar disorder and i was diagnosed withpost partum dep[ressionand i have anxiety to she tells me all these bad things about depression and puting all these things in my head sometimes i become weak and start thinking she has this mental illness i can also have it and it hasnt been diagnosedo or my ppd has been misdiagnosed when i realy have what she has my counseler  tells me to just stop lisening to her or just stop being around her she isnt my aunt shes my mothers best friend but i grew up with her since a baby so i call her my aunt. she tells me she hears voices telling her to hurt herself i dont want that tot be my mental illness what should i do without making her feel bad or negleted by me.
