bipolar parallel type where the depression/coincides with mania

I have been diagnosed as bipolar parallel type where depression/coincides with mania.  And it can happen numerous times throughout the day.  I am on 60 mgs of paxil depokate 1500,clonazapan 2 mg.  I try to work as a taxi driver but sometimes i feel it is impossible to get out of bed in the morning.  I can sleep sometimes 7 days a week for 24 hours a day.  The meds do, keep me from going into  dantes hell.  I dont drink or smoke cigarettes or function like a normal person.  Do you have any ideas of what might help...we have tried cybalta but that only increases energy for a couple of days and then goes flat.

The medication management of your condition is complex, and a matter of trial and error with you and your doctor until you find the right combinaiton.  I can tell you that is you are that tired and can sleep that much, one of your medications is too high for your system, so talk to your doctor about some dose changes...
