clomid

I have had 3 miscarriages, then two almost healthy births, then a stillbirth in Nov. of 1997.  I have been on clomid for 6 months.  I am 38 years old and desperatly want another baby.  My clomid prescription has no more refills.  I see my doctor in 10 days.  I have started my period yesterday and normally would go ahead and call for another refill order from my doctor but, I have been a basket case on this med.  I know it is common, but I am diagnosed DID (Disassociative Identity Disorder), PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder)and have been suicidal on it.  Will I ovulate without it?  I am on the 50mg dose.  I do not know if I stand a better chance of concieving without it, since I may be calmer and it does stay in the system a number of weeks, or if I will ruin my chance this next month if I do not take it.  Thank you for your help.
