he cant orgasm while having sex or normal masterbation(masturbation)

Hi guys,
  Me and my bf have been dating for about a year and a half.  We love eachother very much but he is having some sexual problems.  I was his first sexual partner and before he met me he used to masturbate by rubbing his penis "dry humping" the bed to produce an orgasm.  When he first started to masturbate, he used the conventional "jacking off" method but stopped after discovering the humping method.  The problem is he cannot orgasm by jacking off now and he cant feel anything during sex.  I want to be able to please him.  He feels terrible about it because he wants to have sex with me but the only way he can orgasm is by dry humping me or an object while fantasizing about having sex with me.  I need some advice on how to help him out...

There is no simple answer to this except being very patient and understanding on your part...he needs some professional help if this does not change soon...there are people who specialize in sexual counseling, and he may not need much, but they can give him some exercises to help.
