head problems

Ok here is my problem, i started taking drugs in 1995 and stoped in 1997 because i had a bad experience when using exstasy.

well anyway since then my brain races all the time i cannot stop thinking thoughts and i am now starting to get headahes in the back of my head.  I have been to the doc's and he gave me beta blockers but they r no good they just stop the paniche attacks.
Well i am coming to the point know were i am depresssed, tired,sick and really ill please help as this have been going on for four years and i feel i have ran out of answers.  If this continues it will surely be the end of me.

I would be very greatful if you can help. im finding it so hard.

Ecstacy is reported to affect the serotonin levels in the brain but it shouldn't have this effect this late. You should ask your doctor about antidepressants that raise the serotonin level. Your anxiety level may be up for other reasons, and you might consider seeing a therapist in consultation or start using the masteringstress sessions(above) to see if that is the case.
