im lost (recovering drug addict)

ok im ost  ill come on here one day meet some great people in a forum ask questions get wonderful advice/support/answears its a great help!! i love this place ive sent the link out too people i think may benefit from it everything heres the problem, i loose my way im not very computer literate, so when i come on one day leave and come back the next... i dont know how to get back to where i was the day before casue maybe after i left more peole came on and commented I WANNA SEE THOSE thats the stuff i wanna read wheres it go??? or where do i go tomoorow when i get back on here how do i get back to the same "forum" i guess ?? that i was in yesterday... ya know same "room" people and the question i asked and have had commented on etc..... thanke you in advance to any one that can help with this one!!!   hee hee told you im not puter literate.
