My spouse claims I look at men, mainly their private areas constantly.  I am definately not doing this, but he constantly accuses me of this everytime we are out of our home.  We have been to several counselors only for them to tell me that this is his problem and states it is a paranoia that he has, and may not ever change.  How do I deal with this short of ending our marriage?  Help

You have done the right thing by going to counselors but if this is the only issue, it doesn't seem worth ending a marriage for this.  The best you can do is hope that the paranoia remains so tightly compartmentalized, and then work around it.  In this case, diaglogue may not work, but I wouldn't give up trying to have some very straight factual talk about this every time it happens, with the least amount of judgement on your side...That may help over time.
