mental heath

hi, i've been dealing with depression for about 5 years, they keep putting me on tablets taking off!!! but i want to know what is wrong with my head? a name for it? i get upset easy, irrable, very tired, low energy, in my own world, cant deal with simple tasks, loneness, usless, unloved, nasty, fat i rencently taken a over does of 65 mixed anti depressant as well, i have mood swings, any help would be great to name the thing i have many thanks

Hello. Whoever is prescribing you antidepressants should have given some sort of diagnosis. Your symptoms are common to several potential conditions, and could be due to genetic or reactive causes. A more detailed history of treatments and professional evaluations would be helpful. Best wishes, GM
